What is Samera Dental?

Samera Dental is a platform created by the UK’s leading dental business experts designed to provide essential training in business and finance to the world’s dentists.

We’ve been building and growing dental practices in the UK for the last 2 decades and now we’re passing that knowledge, expertise and experience on to you.

Twice a month we will hold webinars covering topics from digital marketing to mastering your money, all designed to teach dentists how to diversify their income, increase their value and grow their dental businesses.

How much does Samera Dental cost?

Samera Dental costs just $6 a month when you subscribe for the full year! If you sign up on a month-by-month basis then it is $9 a month.

Where can I watch?

All our webinars are hosted via Zoom and are accessible from sameradental.com. Once you’ve subscribed, all you need to do is log in to the website, go to the webinar you want to join and click ‘Join in Browser’.

You will then be admitted to the webinar via Zoom once it begins.

Do I need to book my space for the webinars? 

There is no need to reserve a space for the upcoming webinars. Once you have subscribed you are automatically registered for all of our webinars. 

All you have to do is join via zoom when the webinar starts and you’ll be able to participate.

What happens if I miss the webinar? 

There’s no need to worry if you miss one of our webinars as they are all recorded and made available as soon as possible in the past webinars section of the website. 

You can also watch all of our previous webinars held before your subscription started.

Can I ask questions in the webinar? 

Absolutely, we encourage you to ask questions during the webinar. We will strive to answer as many as we can live during the webinar. 

If we do not have time for a question, we will include the answer in the follow-up email containing the slides once the webinar ends. 

Is there a limit on the number of webinars I can watch?

There is NO limit on the number of webinars you can watch. Once you have subscribed you have access to any and all of our past or upcoming webinars.

How do I login to my account?

Once you have subscribed, you can login to your account by clicking the member icon in the top right hand of the website, next to the search bar. 

Once you have logged in you will be able to view your payments, updated your details and manage your subscriptions.

How do I change my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging into your account and clicking ‘subscriptions’.

From there you have the option to change the billing information for your subscription by clicking ‘update.

How can I manage my subscription? 

You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and clicking ‘subscriptions’.

From here you will be able to update your billing information, change your payment plan, pause your subscription or cancel your subscription.

How can I view my payments? 

You can view all of your previous payments by logging into your account and clicking ‘payments’.

Here you will be able to see a summary of all the payments you have made to Samra Dental.

How do I change my password? 

To change your password, simply login to your account and click ‘home’. At the bottom of this screen you will see a link to change your password.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription, login to your account and click ‘subscriptions’. From here you have the option to either pause or cancel your subscription.
